Another less common yet critical service which we provide is facilitating your bonding with the birth parents.  In the course of the “match meeting” which typically takes 6 to 8 hours, and which usually includes separate preparatory sessions, lunch and a face-to-face meeting, you will get to know your birth parents (the mother of your child), and she will get to know you as the couple for whom she is carrying her child.  If there is a birth father involved, the same will apply.  The bond you form is powerful and important to the completion of your adoption, and we will be on hand to facilitate this critical meeting and bonding process unless you elect to meet a birth parent on your own.
